Immigration and Foreign Recruitment

Resolution Personnel can assist employers with their labour shortages through foreign recruitment. We also help skilled foreign nationals, interested in living and working in Canada, come to Canada on a temporary or permanent basis.

Resolution Personnel works with overseas partners who promote employer vacancies and find qualified workers for the employers we represent. Employers are then given the opportunity to personally screen and select the best foreign talent for recruitment.

Foreign Worker Program

The process to hire a foreign worker is typically a two step process. In most cases, step one requires the employer to apply for a Labour Market Opinion; which examines the impact of the employment offer to the foreign national. The second step requires the foreign national to be screened by immigration officials to ensure they are eligible to enter and work in Canada.

Please note, there may be alternative programs available that will expedite the processing of your foreign worker. Resolution Personnel will endeavour to ensure the appropriate program is used to best meet your needs - e.g. Temporary Foreign Worker program, Provincial Nominee Program, International Agreements (NAFTA, GATT, etc), Arranged Employment, etc.
